HALLOWEEN AND CHRISTMAS SERVICE UPDATES
With our Halloween Ghost Trains beginning later this week, we thought that we’d issue a general update on both these services and planned Steam Santa Specials in December.
HALLOWEEN GHOST TRAINS:
THE GENERAL TICKET RELEASE HAS NOW SOLD OUT. DO NOT ATTEND THE RAILWAY IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED AS WE HAVE NO SPARE CAPACITY AND OUR VOLUNTEERS WILL HAVE TO TURN YOU AWAY.
Customers who have purchased tickets for the event will be sent an email containing handy information about their visit later today. Please read this carefully prior to attending.
Although some further tickets may become available following cancellations, we sincerely regret that we are unable to offer a cancellation list. Any intending additional customers are advised to regularly check https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/pbrailway for updated availability.
Why are we unable to offer a cancellation list?
We are a small team of 5 administration and social media volunteers who are giving up all of our spare time to deliver the event this year. Regrettably, we just do not have the additional capacity to provide a cancellation list in a reliable and fair way. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
CHRISTMAS STEAM SANTA SPECIALS:
Despite the unplanned delays in providing announcements about this event, we fully intend to operate our Steam Santa Specials in December 2021.
At present, our very small team of Event Team volunteers are working flat out to deliver our Halloween Ghost Train services. Once these are over, we will begin providing announcements about Christmas trains. Ticket release dates and full information will be provided in advance.
